Race Day Event Parking
We are recommending participants park at Bedale Park if arriving from the bypass. Marshals will be on hand to support.
The What3Words reference is on the map below.
There are two other car parks available - free on Sunday. Also marked on the map.
Please note that as there are road closures there will be no parking available along the high street.
Race number collection
Registration will take place at Leadout Clubhouse which is located at 18A Northend, Bedale, DL8 1AB, close to the start/finish area.
You will be able to collect your finishers t-shirt when you pick up your race number.
PRE-REGISTRATION
To avoid race day queues & have a more chilled out beginning to your race morning, we have pre-registration available to collect your race number and t-shirt:
Saturday 13th June, at Leadout Clubhouse between 2pm and 5pm
Leadout will be open for coffee and cake during registration – ideal for a last-minute bit of carb-loading!
RACE DAY
Please ensure that you arrive in good time to collect your race number and t-shirt.
You can collect your race number from Leadout Clubhouse from 8am through to 9:30am.
Leadout will be open for coffee for those needing a pre-race caffeine fix!
Stick around for the prize giving
At 11:30 outside Hansom Restaurant
We have some excellent prizes for the overall placings from Tenants & Inov8 York as well as a fabulous keepsake designed by The Engraved Gift Shop (but we are keeping these under wraps until the day).
Age graded awards will also be presented.

The Hansom Bedale Bolt route map
The race starts on Bedale High Street, heading out onto Burrill Road before turning right along lovely country roads and then left onto Sinks Lane. Before you know it, you will be turning left at the White House & heading up Cowling Lane towards Burrill. There is a short out and back and you will find the water station here. Through the village of Burill and then head back towards Bedale to a High Street finish.
Leadout will become the Hansom Bedale 10k Race HQ
Runners will be able to collect race numbers on Sat 13th June between 2pm & 5pm and on Race Day Sun 14th 8am - 9:30am
The Leadout Clubhouse will be open to collect race numbers
